Site Engineer / Project Coordinator

As a skilled and experienced Site Engineer / Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing residential construction projects including duplexes, tenaments, and infrastructure works. Your role will involve hands-on experience in site execution, coordination with contractors, and overseeing end-to-end project handling. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare & interpret AutoCAD drawings for layouts, structural, plumbing, and electrical components - Supervise the complete site work of Duplex / Tenament projects from inception to completion - Manage and execute Gutter lines, Water lines, and Electricity (GEB) works - Oversee Civil Works such as club house, compound wall, internal roads, and infrastructure - Execute R.C.C. and Asphalt Roads from beginning to end - Handle Underground water tank (Sump) work comprehensively - Prepare Project Costing Sheet / Bill of Quantities (BOQ) - Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams - Ensure timely completion and maintain quality control of work Required Skills & Experience: - Proficiency in AutoCAD and project drawings - Minimum 4 years of experience in residential construction with a site-based focus - Ability to independently manage projects - Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, materials, and safety standards - Good communication and reporting skills - Additional software skills like MS Excel, SketchUp, or costing software are preferred Company Information: Spark Inframark Pvt.
