Onboard labour as per project schedule and deploy manpower efficiently to meet daily targets. Ensure adherence to EHS standards and safety protocols at site.
Identify and prepare work fronts in advance to avoid execution delays and coordinate with stakeholders for uninterrupted workflow.
Record site measurements accurately, prepare and submit bills with supporting documents, and coordinate for certification and approvals.
Maintain updated stock registers, ensure uninterrupted material availability for plastering activities, track consumables, and maintain issue slips.
Ensure machines are properly maintained as per SOPs, carry out routine checks, and minimise downtime through preventive maintenance and timely troubleshooting.
Submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), prepare regular material consumption reports, and ensure complete compliance with company reporting requirements.
