site Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality control, and manage site operations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare and review site reports, drawings, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety compliance.
• Assist in preparing estimates, budgets, and work schedules.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure smooth communication and address site-related queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
