Site Engineer

Job Title: Service Engineer Food & Agro Processing Machinery

• Perform

  erection, installation, alignment, and commissioning

  of food and beverage processing equipment at customer sites.
• Calibrate and set up

  valves, pumps, CIP systems, piping, and automation systems (SCADA, PLC-based)

  .
• Assist in

  trial runs, FAT, SAT

  and client validations.

Customer Service & Technical Support

• Provide

  on-site and remote troubleshooting

  for mechanical, utility, and automation issues.
• Train client operators and maintenance teams on

  SOPs and equipment handling

  .
• Log and escalate issues internally with the project/design team when needed.

Preventive Maintenance & AMC

• Carry out

  routine maintenance visits

  , audits, and performance checks for installed systems.
• Support in

  AMC execution, spares planning, and replacement recommendations

  .

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain

  service logs, commissioning reports, handover documents, and customer feedback forms

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  SOPs, ISO, GMP, and FSSAI guidelines

  during service visits.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Food Technology.

Experience:

• 26 years in servicing or commissioning of:
• Food or beverage processing machinery
• Dairy, fruit, vegetable lines, or packaging automation
• Turnkey project companies like

Skills:

• Knowledge of

  pumps, valves, PLC panels, SCADA systems, CIP, sterilizers, heat exchangers

  .
• Willingness to

  travel frequently

  and work independently at remote sites.
• Strong

  client interaction, troubleshooting, and documentation

  skills.
