Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative Food & Agro Processing Equipment (MBA Freshers)

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across North India for food and agro-processing equipment.[2][3]
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions from Kailas Engineerings extensive product portfolio.
  • Assist in preparing tailored proposals and quotations.
  • Support demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with processors, manufacturers, and other industry clients.
  • Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and opportunities, ensuring timely and professional communication.[3][2]
  • Collect and analyze market feedback to help shape sales strategies.

Sales Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with the internal engineering, production, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.[4][2]
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for regional leadership.

Market Intelligence & Growth

  • Stay updated on regional trends in food processing, competition, and customer needs.
  • Attend industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to represent Kailas Engineering and generate leads.

Compliance & Company Values

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry best practices.
  • Uphold the image and reputation of Kailas Engineering in every client interaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field (Freshers Welcome).
  • Bachelors in Engineering or Science preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • 02 years in B2B technical sales, preferably in industrial products, machinery, or food/agro processing sector (Internships/projects count).

Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within North India.
  • High motivation to learn technical products and solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge a plus.
