Site Engineer - Interiors and fit-outs

You will be joining Radin Italia Projects, a dynamic company renowned for its expertise in designing and executing large format projects. With a strong presence in Dubai and India, our portfolio includes a range of significant projects such as Airports, Hotels, Commercial Offices, and Banks. Through our collaboration with an esteemed Italian furnishing company, we provide bespoke interiors that are exclusively crafted in Italy. As a full-time Site Engineer based in Pune, your primary responsibility will involve overseeing on-site operations. This role requires effective coordination with civil engineers, ensuring impeccable quality control, and supervising various structural engineering tasks. Your daily duties will encompass the supervision of construction activities, meticulous maintenance of project documentation, and strict adherence to safety regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in on-site project management and coordination, particularly in Interiors and Fit-outs. - Exceptional communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively. - Knowledge of Quality Control practices to maintain high standards throughout the project. - Relevant Civil Engineering qualifications to support your technical expertise. - Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills. - A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Previous involvement in large format projects would be advantageous. - Ability to manage multiple agencies and coordinate concurrent activities on site. - Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Pune due to the immediate requirement.
