Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer (Home Interiors) located in Bengaluru South. The Site Engineer will oversee the day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensure quality control, and coordinate with structural engineers and civil engineers. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising on-site work, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and effectively communicating with clients and team members.

• On-site coordination, Communication, and Quality Control skills
• Strong background in Structural Engineering
• Experience working with Civil Engineers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
• Vendor Management experience would be a plus.
• Experience is Home Interiors Industry is Plus.
