Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer position located in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage engineering projects, ensuring that technical specifications are met and delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities include supervising site operations, coordinating resources, ensuring adherence to safety standards, managing project schedules, and resolving on-site technical issues. You will also be expected to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding and expertise in Engineering principles and Project Management.
• Proficiency in Site Supervision and Resource Allocation.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
• Familiarity with project management tools, CAD software, or similar is a plus.
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in an on-site engineering or construction-related role is advantageous.
