Ensure the contractors work aligns precisely with the approved drawings, specifications, and design. Conduct regular quality assurance inspections and tests of construction materials and workmanship. Check for quality issues like honeycombing in concrete, improper cover to reinforcement, and shuttering problems. Certify measurements of executed work for payment processing. Review and approve the contractors method statements and quality plans. Prepare and submit accurate site reports, daily diaries, and progress presentations to the PMC and client. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), design changes, and site reports
