Site Engineer (Civil)- QA /QC

A QA/QC Civil Engineer must ensures construction quality by implementing procedures, inspecting work/materials, managing documentation, witnessing lab tests, training teams, and coordinating with clients, adhering to specs, codes, and standards, focusing on compliance, standards, and issue resolution to meet project quality goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Quality Planning: Develop Quality Plans, Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans, checklists, and procedures.
• Inspections & Testing: Conduct daily site/off-site inspections, witness third-party lab tests (mix designs, materials), check concrete cubes, and verify materials meet standards.
• Documentation: Manage all QA/QC records (test results, NCRs, IRs, material certs, calibration), maintain registers (cube, slump), and prepare reports.
• Coordination: Liaise with consultants, site managers, clients, and contractors for approvals, meetings, and issue resolution.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, industry codes (ISO), and standards.
• Issue Resolution: Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Instructions (SIs), tracking them to closure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
