Site engineer (civil interior)

The Site Engineer - Interior Projects position requires 3 to 5 years of experience and is based in Sarjapur, Bengaluru. As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of interior development for residential projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing interior project development from inception to completion, implementing quality control measures, coordinating with stakeholders such as architects, designers, and contractors, supervising site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations, and managing resources effectively to optimize project delivery. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required for this role. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in interior project engineering or construction within the residential sector, hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and proficiency in project management practices. Additionally, experience in handling large-scale residential interior projects and knowledge of the latest trends and materials in interior design are preferred qualifications. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is preferred. The work location is in person.,
