Site Engineer (Civil)

We have requirement of Site Engineer (Civil).

Location: Raipur CG

Qualification: Degree/Diploma Civil

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Project: Building Construction

Salary: 18000/- to 22000/- PM

Job Duties in Brief

• Issuing materials timely to site.
• Making purchase order & sending to vendors
• Managing & efficiently using departmental labours.
• Quality check like proper brickwork, proper concreting, excavation depth, checking & curing, proper plumbing, painting.
• Ensuring safety of all procured materials.
• Everyday maintaining of material entry register.
• Handling & resolving customer complaints.
• Proper cleaning of under-construction houses, especially during handover.
• Submission of daily report to head office (hard copy to office & softcopy in WhatsApp group).
• To ensure provision of equipment like pump, chaili, ladder, etc. to contractors at site for proper functioning.
• To do final check of house before handover like switches, plumbing.
• Any other task as asked by management.
• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
