Job Description

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for learning the practical aspects of managing a construction site under the guidance of experienced engineers. Your primary tasks will include setting out works, conducting quality control checks, performing site surveying, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain construction projects of various scales in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner. - Conduct on-site investigations, analyze data, and interpret various technical documents. - Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, permits, safety standards, and deliver necessary technical documentation. - Assess risks, materials, and costs associated with the projects. - Provide advice and creatively resolve any emerging problems or deficiencies. Requirements & Skills: - BTECH in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred. - Basic understanding of construction principles and practices. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Basic knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques. - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards. - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing site conditions.
