Role Description We are hiring a Site Engineer – Civil with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage on-site operations at our project location in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day site activities Coordinating labor and arranging construction materials Guiding and supervising labor teams professionally Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards Managing timelines and reporting progress Handling all aspects of site operations with discipline and leadership Requirements 2 to 3 years of experience in on-site civil construction Experience with standard/reputed construction companies preferred Strong understanding of civil engineering and construction practices Proven skills in site coordination, problem-solving, and time management Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) Willingness to commute daily and work on-site at Coimbatore. Final offer based on experience and skill level
