The Site Engineer will be responsible for technical supervision on-site, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site. Review and interpret engineering drawings and plans. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Ensure materials and work meet specifications and quality standards. Set out, level, and survey the site using appropriate instruments. Maintain daily records of site progress, manpower, and materials. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and deliverables. Prepare reports such as progress updates, cost estimates, and risk assessments. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or site-related issues. Requirements : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in construction or infrastructure projects (typically 1015 years). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with safety standards and protocols.
