The ideal candidate will ensure safety and security across residential or commercial buildings, sales offices, model homes, and construction sites. This role includes both preventive and responsive tasks, helping to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities : Monitor and patrol assigned premises, including entrances, parking areas, show homes, and common areas. Control access to buildings and maintain logs of visitors, contractors, and vehicles. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity in a prompt and professional manner. Conduct regular checks of doors, windows, locks, and surveillance systems. Report incidents, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the property or security manager. Ensure security during open houses, property showings, or after-hours events. Enforce property rules and assist in managing unauthorized access. Support emergency evacuations and assist law enforcement if needed. Maintain accurate and detailed security reports and incident logs Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a security officer or guard (real estate or property management preferred). Knowledge of public safety and security procedures. Good communication and observation skills. Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for long periods. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
