Job Description

Role & responsibilities Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure project execution as per schedule and standards. Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Manage site materials, equipment, and labor to optimize productivity. Maintain daily work reports, material records, and site documentation. Identify and resolve site issues or delays through proactive solutions. Assist in preparing and updating work schedules and progress tracking. Support quality checks, inspections, and measurements as per QA/QC guidelines. Ensure all work aligns with design intent and technical specifications. Preferred candidate profile Civil/Structural Drawing Interpretation Knowledge of Construction Methods & Materials Site Supervision and Execution AutoCAD / Revit (basic level) MS Excel, MS office Estimation & Quantity Surveying QA/QC Procedures and Documentation
