Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of Schneider Electric's OT assets. Your main responsibilities will include: Ensuring full compliance with Schneider Electric Security Policies, including those arising from Industrialization, and promptly addressing any identified deficiencies. Taking ownership of the inventory of all OT assets and maintaining data accuracy using Claroty. Demonstrating a strong knowledge of Network and OT Devices such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, Desktop, and communication protocols like Modbus, TCP Modbus, TCP/IP. It is essential to possess network expertise, including VLAN and Firewall configurations. Monitoring potential cyber threats and effectively mitigating them with remote support from the Connected Services Hub. You will also be responsible for remediating any cyber vulnerabilities with support from Schneider Digital and participating in the Incident Response Process in collaboration with the Security Operations Center and Security Team. Supporting transformation projects initiated by the global Cybersecurity Team to enhance Plant Cybersecurity Performance. Additionally, good communication skills are necessary to coordinate efficiently with internal customers. This is a full-time position, and the job requisition number is 009FX8.,
