Site Coordinator

As an Engineering Site Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering projects on-site. Your attention to detail and proactive nature will ensure the successful completion of projects within set timelines and budgets, all while upholding the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising engineering projects from inception to completion, maintaining communication among onsite teams, project managers, and external stakeholders, overseeing onsite activities such as construction and maintenance, monitoring project progress, and preparing regular status reports for management. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing inventory and procurement of materials, promptly resolving onsite issues, conducting quality control inspections, and collaborating with various professionals to clarify project requirements. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a Site Coordinator or similar position in the engineering or construction industry, a sound understanding of construction processes and materials, exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, effective leadership and communication abilities, the capacity to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel as required. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule and includes a yearly bonus. The preferred education qualification is a Diploma, and candidates with at least 4 years of relevant work experience will be given preference. The work location is in person, requiring your physical presence on-site to fulfill your responsibilities effectively.,
