Site Checker

As a Site Checker at our company, your role will involve handling all work in progress sites and conducting regular monitoring. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing field work such as site visits and taking site measurements - Supervising unloading activities - Being ready to travel out of town occasionally, with reimbursements provided - Instructing and supervising the construction team and subcontractors - Maintaining accurate records of construction employee attendance - Evaluating construction employees" performance and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary - Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget requirements - Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to enhance efficiency Qualifications Required: - ITI or Diploma - Minimum 1 year of experience - Possession of a bike and a valid driving license In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also benefit from health insurance and Provident Fund coverage.
