Silverpeak SD-WAN

You will be responsible for deploying and configuring Silverpeak SD-WAN routers (EdgeConnect appliances), Cisco Switches, and Access Points. Your expertise in configuring protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, PVST+, IPSEC site-to-site VPN, VoIP, HSRP, GLBP, NAT/PAT will be essential for this role. Additionally, you will set up VPN tunnels, troubleshoot VPN-related issues, and collaborate with vendors for both existing and new implementations. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage service restoration, service requests, and change requests. You will also handle the commissioning and de-commissioning of network components while adhering to change control submission and approval processes. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and executing network device software/hardware upgrades and migrations efficiently to minimize user impact. Your role will require a high level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address network-related issues effectively. You should be proficient in creating and updating network diagrams using Visio and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Flexibility in working evening and weekend hours for network infrastructure changes is expected in this position.,
