As a Senior Engineering Manager within our team, you will oversee a group of engineers and technical leads while also collaborating extensively with other engineering managers globally. You will operate within a fast-paced environment, taking responsibility for end-to-end product development and production support activities. The SONiC team at DSE is seeking exceptional leaders to develop the Next Generation Network Operating System (NOS), SONiC, tailored for Datacenter Enterprise customers and Service Providers. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of at least 5-8 full-time employees engaged in designing and developing high-quality networking products. - Leading the development and deployment of software solutions utilizing SONiC to interface with hardware infrastructure and platform-level components, ensuring the achievement of delivery milestones and quality metrics. - Collaborating with hardware teams to optimize hardware-software interactions and expose hardware capabilities through SONiC interfaces. - Actively engaging in system architecture and design discussions. - Coordinating cross-functional activities between software, hardware, QA, and systems integration teams. - Collaborating with product management and customers to comprehend use cases, gather requirements, and align deliverables with business objectives. - Leading the assessment and adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to expedite development and testing cycles. - Serving as a key liaison with the open-source SONiC communities, contributing to upstream development and leveraging community innovations. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Approximately 18-20 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on management experience, including managing 5-8 full-time employees. - Proven leadership track record in leading product teams responsible for designing and developing high-quality networking products, encompassing performance evaluation, salary planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Experience with platform infrastructure like ASIC drivers, NPU, BMC, Optics, and network OS development, as well as working with virtualization, containerization, and orchestration frameworks like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar. - Hands-on experience leading teams or technical projects in a complex development environment, with extensive software development experience on Linux-based platforms or other network operating systems such as SONiC. - Enjoyment in leading high-performance agile development teams in a fast-paced environment, identifying team strengths, nurturing in-house talent, and building competencies. - Quick learner, self-motivated individual who advocates for innovation and process improvements within the team to enhance productivity, along with excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. - Knowledge of platform-level security requirements and compliance frameworks. - Exposure to SONiC or involvement with the SONiC open-source community. - Familiarity with hardware abstraction layers and SDKs from major networking silicon providers like Broadcom, Marvell, Mellanox, etc.,

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog Design Engineer with 6+ years of experience in designing, simulating, and validating analog and mixed-signal circuits. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across the full custom design flow, from specification to silicon validation. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop analog/mixed-signal IPs such as ADCs, DACs, LDOs, Bandgaps, PLLs, Op-Amps, etc. Perform schematic entry, simulations (pre-layout/post-layout), and layout supervision. Drive transistor-level design using industry-standard tools (Cadence/Synopsys). Lead block-level design reviews, documentation, and verification. Collaborate with layout, digital, and validation teams across the project lifecycle. Support silicon bring-up, debug, and characterization. Requirements: 6+ years of hands-on analog IC design experience in CMOS processes (28nm/65nm/180nm, etc.) Strong knowledge of analog fundamentals and design trade-offs.
