Job Description

As a Sr. PLC Programmer in the Controls Department, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Designing and programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for robotic work cells and automation lines. - Collaborating with the electrical team and technicians to install and test PLC programs. - Validating processes and ensuring communication and handover with customers. - Supporting hardware engineering for PLC and remote I/O. - Preparing PLC programming based on tagging and interfacing requirements. Qualifications: - Diploma, Graduate, BE, B Tech - 1 to 5 years of experience - Experience in Installation, Design, Testing, Commissioning, and Programming of PLC, HMI, Servo, and other industrial automation products. - Technical skills in Programming, Servo, Automation Engineering, Yaskawa, Pneumatics. - Knowledge of PLC systems such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, etc. In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Perform on-site robot programming and installation support at customer locations. - Configure and interface robots with PLCs and work cells. - Execute projects nationwide for testing and handover.
