As a Siebel Administrator at Oracle Global Services Center, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to ensure that organizations" Oracle technology investments deliver cutting-edge innovation and performance required to compete in the market. You will have the opportunity to work independently on various customer engagements, implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs and deliver functional and technical solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience with Siebel installation on Windows and Linux - In-depth knowledge and experience with Siebel migrations and upgrades to the latest versions such as IP17 and later - Proficiency in Siebel Gateway clustering, multimode AI load balancing, and performance tuning of servers, AOM, AI, Gateway, tomcats, etc. - Troubleshooting EAI component crashes, analyzing crashes, fdr, and component log files - System administration activities including configuring application components, parameters, and troubleshooting component crashes - Setting up SSO, LDAP to AD, and troubleshooting - Automation of regular administrative tasks - Experience with WLS/BIP/OAS/OAP installation, upgrade, and integration with Siebel - Managing Siebel on OCI or any cloud platform - Performance tuning of Siebel CRM - Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift, travel, and exposure to cloud migration **Qualifications Required:** - 8-12 years of relevant experience, consulting experience preferred - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - Product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus - Effective communication and rapport-building skills - Ability to travel as needed *Desired Skills:* - OCI Certification Foundation / Architect / Professional - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Join Oracle Global Services Center to contribute to complex projects, demonstrate your expertise in Siebel administration, and provide unmatched support to customers in achieving their business goals.,
