Showroom Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at Godrej Interio Franchisee. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the furniture or home interiors industry. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and providing them with suitable furniture and interior solutions. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture/interior products Provide detailed product information, including features, pricing, and after-sales services Prepare and follow up on quotations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom Build and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate with back-end teams for order processing and delivery timelines Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (Furniture industry preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand customer preferences and suggest appropriate solutions Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.) Pleasant personality and good presentation skills Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (weekly offs on weekdays) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in furniture or home décor retail sales Knowledge of interior design or space planning (optional but preferred) Why Join Us: Opportunity to work with a well-established brand Growth-oriented environment with performance-linked incentives Training and support for product knowledge and sales skills
