Showroom sales advisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen eye for design, particularly in lighting and interior spaces. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs while providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. Your role will involve engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and offering expert advice on layout and design.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with measurements and calculations.
• Provide expert advice on lighting design and layout design to enhance customer spaces.
• Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Operate the cash register accurately during transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with lighting design principles and interior design concepts is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and display layouts effectively.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Proficiency in conducting product demos that engage customers effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
