Key Duties & Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the complete spectrum of Sales, Business Promotion, and Operations for the allocated showroom. This includes, but is not limited to: Business Strategy & Execution: Translate the business vision and strategy into actionable plans for the allocated showroom. Effective strategy execution, combined with rigorous on-the-ground implementation, will drive transformation and enhance the organization's brand equity. Customer & Influencer Engagement: Drive engagement with both customers and influencers (architects and interior designers) to contribute to the business's growth. P&L Management & Customer Experience: Oversee showroom P&L, people capability, and Consumer Net Promoter Score (NPS), ensuring that the customer has an excellent experience at every step of the sales cycle. Target Delivery & Strategic Planning: Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while also contributing to mid-term strategy and budget planning. People Development & Engagement: Drive the showroom people agenda, focusing on recruitment, training, and development. Ensure that the team remains highly motivated and consistently delivers outstanding results. Leadership & Problem-Solving: Expected to be a dynamic leader with a strong desire to leave a lasting impact. Must be passionate about customers, curious about solving problems, and courageous enough to challenge the status quo. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders and partner functions, including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, IT, Operations, Installation, and the corporate online and marketing teams. Performance Management: Manage performance objectively and drive a culture of performance-driven accountability at every level.
