Showroom Advisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a Showroom Adviser to join our Fero Door showroom in Trivandrum. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, and providing the best solutions to match their needs. The adviser will also support showroom operations and coordinate with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customers in the showroom
• Explain product features, specifications, and benefits
• Prepare basic quotations and support sales team
• Maintain showroom display and ensure a customer-friendly environment
• Handle customer queries and follow up as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree qualification
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Computer knowledge is mandatory
• SAP / CAD drawing knowledge preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
