Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Show Producer to lead the development and execution of live and recorded content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the show's production from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-quality viewer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute show formats and segments
• Coordinate with writers, directors, hosts, and crew to ensure smooth production
• Manage pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
• Ensure shows are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams for promotion and distribution
• Lead content reviews, provide creative direction, and maintain editorial standards
• Oversee technical aspects, including set design, lighting, audio, and video

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Film, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in TV, digital media, or live event production
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in editing software and production tools is a plus
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with live broadcasts or streaming platforms
• Knowledge of production budgeting and scheduling
• Familiarity with camera operations, scripting, and set logistics
