This role is crucial in enhancing our proficiency in handling Shopify-based website projects, ensuring seamless client interactions, on-time project completion, and top-notch outcomes. By incorporating this position, we aim to elevate our e-commerce solutions and deliver superior services to our clientele. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee website projects on Shopify, ensuring adherence to quality and functionality standards. - Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores to align with client specifications. - Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements, offer expert advice, and deliver customized solutions. - Conduct professional client communication to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. - Ensure project deadlines are met by coordinating with internal teams and overseeing project timelines. - Address technical issues, conduct regular updates, and optimize store performance. - Implement best practices for design, UX/UI, and e-commerce features within the Shopify platform. - Stay informed about Shopify updates, tools, and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions. - Create project documentation, reports, and extend post-launch support when necessary.
