Shopify Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Shopify Designer to join our team. As a Shopify Designer, you will be responsible for designing and customizing Shopify stores to elevate user experience and drive conversions. Your role will involve leveraging strong UI/UX skills, Shopify theme expertise, and a sharp eye for aesthetics to collaborate with developers and marketers in creating visually appealing, high-performing eCommerce websites that align with brand objectives. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in Shopify design and development, along with qualifications such as BE, ME, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc (CA & IT), Diploma in Computer IT/EC, PGDCA, or equivalent. Proficiency in Shopify (Liquid, Themes, Sections), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UI/UX Design Principles, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop is required, as well as knowledge of Responsive Web Design. Key responsibilities include designing and customizing Shopify themes according to brand guidelines, creating engaging layouts using Shopify's theme editor and Liquid templates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize store design and functionality, ensuring mobile-first design and cross-device compatibility, enhancing UX/UI for improved customer engagement, implementing SEO-friendly designs, and staying updated on Shopify design trends and eCommerce strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of Shopify theme customization and Liquid templating, proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop, knowledge of responsive design principles, and a grasp of UI/UX best practices. Strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential. Experience in A/B testing, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements would be advantageous. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a yearly bonus.
