Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Process sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
- Restock shelves and perform inventory checks
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Use basic computer programs to:
- Enter sales and inventory data
- Check stock availability
- Generate simple reports
- Communicate via email or internal messaging tools
- Assist with online orders, returns, and digital receipts
- Promote store loyalty programs and special offers

Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Familiarity with computers and software such as:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- POS systems
- Email platforms (e.g., Outlook or Gmail)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
