Shop Assistant

Job Title: Shop Assistant – Photocopy, Lamination & Binding Services Location: Patel Chest, University of Delhi, Delhi Job Type: Full-time (Freshers welcome, experienced candidates preferred) About Us: We are a student-focused service shop located in the heart of Delhi University’s Patel Chest area. Our shop provides printing, photocopying, lamination, binding, and document-related services to students and faculty. Key Responsibilities:Operate photocopy (Xerox) machines for bulk and individual jobs. Handle lamination of ID cards, certificates, and documents. Perform spiral, hard, and soft binding of notes, assignments, and theses. Assist with printing tasks (black & white, color, posters, booklets, etc.). Maintain equipment and supplies (ink, paper, lamination sheets, binding wires). Ensure timely delivery of student and faculty orders. Handle cash transactions or digital payments when required. Support other day-to-day shop operations and customer service. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above. Freshers may apply, but prior experience in photocopy/printing shops is preferred. Basic knowledge of operating photocopy machines and computers (MS Office/PDF handling). Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Responsible, punctual, and able to handle peak student rush hours. Preferred Skills:Experience in document-related services (printing, binding, lamination). Ability to multitask and work under pressure during exam seasons. Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills. Salary: Competitive – based on experience and skillset.
