Shipping Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate with shipping lines/freight forwarders for space booking.
• Track sailing schedules and ETAs.
• Optimize cost vs transit time.
• Prepare & verify invoices, packing lists, BL (Bill of Lading).
• Handle customs clearance docs, COO (Certificate of Origin), inspection certificates.
• Ensure compliance with buyer’s L/C or payment terms.
• Track container movement (port → vessel → destination).
• Send you daily/weekly status updates.
• Flag any delays or demurrage risks.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA (customs house agents), transporters.
• Communicate with buyers about shipment status.
• Negotiate freight charges & avoid hidden costs.
• Prevent detention/demurrage by ensuring timely clearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,579.73 - ₹25,000.00 per month
