Job Description

Role Overview: As a Medi-Spa Physician based on a Cruise Ship, your primary responsibility will be to administer cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests. You must possess clinical knowledge to safely and effectively perform these procedures and accurately explain all aspects of the products and services to guests. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in providing aesthetic medical solutions to address the concerns of onboard guests. You will collaborate with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant for sales, marketing, and promotional activities, with the Sales Consultant also assisting in translation when needed. It is expected that you will cross-promote spa services and products to guests. Key Responsibilities: - Be punctual for work and appointments, providing consistent professional medi-spa services following OneSpaWorld's protocols. - Conduct necessary patient follow-up and be flexible with scheduling to support spa and guest needs. - Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment, using supplies efficiently for cost control. - Uphold service pricing policy and complete Medical Records with guests before services. - Cross-promote other spa services and maintain sanitation and sterilization standards. - Manage medical product and supply inventory, communicate effectively with management, handle guest inquiries professionally, and maintain a positive work environment. - Attend and participate in training, staff meetings, and assist in spa operations as requested. Qualifications Required: - Completed medical education and possess a medical degree from a recognized institution. - Current valid medical license. - Board certification or similar international certification in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology preferred. - Comfortable with public speaking and giving presentations. - Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge and ability to work without direct supervision. - Enthusiastic, customer service-oriented, a team player with excellent communication and listening skills.
