Job Description

As a Docking Supervisor, your role involves planning and executing docking, undocking, and shifting of vessels in a safe and efficient manner. You will work closely with naval architects and engineering teams to prepare docking plans. Your responsibilities will include ensuring proper alignment and placement of keel blocks and side blocks, inspecting dock equipment for readiness and safety, and coordinating with various departments and external agents. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the flooding and dewatering of dry docks and operate related systems - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during all docking activities - Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks before operations - Maintain accurate records and reports of dock operations - Train and guide dock crew, ensuring proper manning during operations - Support emergency response activities involving docked vessels or operations Qualifications Required: - Diploma in a relevant field This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
