Shift Supervisor- Night

As a Shift Supervisor at our location in Bangur, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the staff during the shift. Your main duties will include monitoring work processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met, assigning tasks, and managing work schedules for shift staff. It will also be your responsibility to maintain accurate shift reports, logs, and documentation. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools, are also required. Please note that only male candidates can apply for this position.
