Shift Superintendent Electrical

Role Overview: As a Shift Superintendent - Electrical at CTU, your primary responsibility will be the deployment of maintenance practices for all Extra high voltage systems (220kV and above). You will be accountable for ensuring safe and reliable operation of 400kV GIS, 220kV GIS, and monitoring 220kV EHV Cable connectivity. Additionally, you will be coordinating with power generating plants and grid authority to ensure the smooth operation of the 400/220/33kV Power Distribution system within the operating window. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct day to day activities in compliance with relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure controlled and consistent work execution. - Stay updated with leading practices and trends to contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and procedures. - Develop test procedures, standardize and implement best practices, and group guidelines for electrical equipment improvement. - Prepare documentation for compliance audit, ensure adherence to statutory, CSM, and HSE compliance, and maintain records related to electrical equipment maintenance. - Update repair and test records, MIS, and reporting documents in a timely manner in IMS. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology (Electrical stream) or a Master's degree in Engineering/ Technology (Electrical stream) is preferred. - Possess 8-16 years of experience with a degree in Power Plant/ Electrical Substation.
