Plan, allocate workers, & monitor warping - dyeing activities to meet targets for assigned shift, ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsible for shade matching, color correction & inspect dyed consistency & adherence to standards.
Responsible for monitor & optimize dyeing recipes, manage machine parameters & ensure equipment's is maintained in shift
Maintain all production books & log book in shift
Identify machine fault & report concern department & mention in logbook for necessary action
Involvement in general shift activities like production planning , chemicals & general items issue from store.
Responsible for managing shift workers, performance, housekeeping, resolve shift conflicts & ensure proper workflow.
