Shift Manager Food Court

Role & responsibilities

Lead Shifts as assigned, ensuring all team members work smoothly

Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting customers, taking orders and providing menu recommendations

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently

Oversee daily operations including cash management, inventory control.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Foster a positive work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidate Should have good communication skills. Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in Customer Service / Retail Store

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail store

Strong interpersonal skills

Willingness to work weekends and holidays
