SHIFT LEADER (BASE FOREMAN)

As a Shift Leader (Base Foreman) at our company, your role will involve supervising overall yard operations, including drivers, operators, forklifts, cranes, trucks, and other operational aspects. Your solid experience in people supervision, forklift and crane operations, as well as handling steel pipes will be essential for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate activities between operative teams according to the daily plan. - Perform helper tasks when required. - Operate 16-ton forklifts. - Manage yard physical inventory and consumables. - Survey incoming shipments, report damages, and file claims. - Monitor deliveries and maintain transportation logs. - Verify trucks for loading/unloading. - Ensure the presence of personnel, tools, and equipment necessary for operations. - Attend all Stock Takes & Customer visits to the yard. - Responsible for HSE of crew operations. - Deliver safety training and commitments to all yard visitors. - Conduct daily toolbox talks for crew members. **Qualifications Required:** - Extensive experience in yard coordination, lifting, logistics, and team management. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Fluent in English. - Certified in lifting equipment.
