Performs equipment-related tasks in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standard Work Guidelines (SWG), One-Point Lessons (OPL), and checklists, including both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Executes Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities, as well as material or parts refurbishment and replenishment.
Carries out any additional related tasks as assigned by superiors.
Upholds 5S standards and ensures compliance with safety regulations.
Performs Level 1 and Level 2 Preventive Maintenance and equipment troubleshooting according to Work Instructions (WI) and Out-of-Control Action Plan (OCAP).
Maintains a safe, clean, and tidy work environment at all times.
Executes all reliability engineering practices and programs within the plant.
Ensures continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and minimize downtime.
Carries out Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Predictive Maintenance (PDM) activities as scheduled by the Equipment Engineer.
Ensures equipment is well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Participates in equipment installation and commissioning activities.
Contributes to improving the useful life of plant facilities, equipment, and machinery.
Actively participates in key projects such as tool utilization, cost reduction, production yield improvement, new machine qualification, downtime optimization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement, and evaluation/qualification of new parts using Six Sigma, Gemba, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
Performs other duties as assigned, based on project progress and the specific goals of the division.
Strives to achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Shift Associate Equipment Engineer or Team Member.
Serves as a mentor, training new Equipment and PM Technicians to enhance their technical capabilities.
