Shift In charge - Process

As a Shift In-Charge in our ethanol production plant in Rajahmundry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations during your assigned shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising various processes such as fermentation, distillation, evaporation, and dehydration to ensure smooth and safe plant operations. It will be essential for you to execute the daily production plan, maintain accurate shift-wise records, and collaborate with maintenance, QC, and EHS teams for issue resolution. You should hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in grain-based or molasses-based ethanol distilleries. Your strong understanding of ethanol production unit operations, leadership skills, and familiarity with safety and quality standards will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, your ability to identify process improvements, handle plant emergencies efficiently, and supervise operators and technicians on shift will be critical.
