Job Description & Specification Designation 1.0 Shift Engineer Department 2.0 Engineering Reports To 3.0 Facility Manager Broad Function 4.0 Broad Function 4.1 Responsible and accountable for the overall operation of the Engineering Dept. 4.2 To maintain the electricity, water, STP & HVAC system 24 hrs a day & 7 days a week. 4.3 Supervision & organize to carried out the preventive & predictive maintenance of all equipments like HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & fire fighting equipments etc. 4.4 Imparting Training. Principal Responsibilities 5.0 Principal Responsibilities To manage and monitor technical operation on daily for all utilities like DG, Transformer, Elevators, Chiller, AHUs, UPS, pumps and HT/LT panels. Preparing 52 week PPM calendar for all technical assets & tracking the same. AMC Co-ordination with all Agencies. To follow daily maintenance checklist for all critical equipments. Approaching to zero maintenance of all critical equipments. To check & monitoring the energy consumption of water & electricity. To make sure that all equipments are operated as per S.O.P. Assist Client/ Facility Manager to Prepare MIS/MMR Report on monthly basis. Co-ordination with local authorities (municipality, Fire Brigade, Police, Electricity supplier) in consultation with FM (ISS) & CLIENT for the respective site. Qualifications 6.0 Qualifications B.E.or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical. Experience 7.0 At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Property Management maintaining the common area.
