Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the sheet metal production department.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Lead and develop a team of production staff through training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the production schedule and allocate resources to meet production objectives.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Experience:

  15-20 years, preferably in the automobile industry.

• Soft Skills:

  Leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

• Technical skills:

  Must have knowledge of Sheetmetal.
