You are looking for an experienced professional with 10+ years of experience to lead a team of more than 30 persons at Borisana, Tal: Kadi (approximately a 30-minute drive from SP Ring Road, Ahmedabad). **Key Skills Required:** - In-depth knowledge of sheet metal (Carbon steel, SS, Aluminium) cutting, Bending, welding, Grinding process. - Experience with CNC machine operations for the above processes. - Knowledge of Non-destructive testing for in-process quality control. - Familiarity with requirements of International standards such as EN 15085-2 and its implementation on a day-to-day basis. - IWE Certification is preferred. - Good communication skills, especially dealing with International customers. - Proficiency in using Solidworks, AutoCAD, MS Office. - Senior Management experience.
