You are an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience, who will be leading a team of more than 30 persons in Borisana, Tal: Kadi (approximately a 30-minute drive from SP Ring Road, Ahmedabad). Key Responsibilities: - Possess in-depth knowledge of sheet metal (Carbon steel, SS, Aluminium) cutting, bending, welding, and grinding processes. - Have experience with CNC machine operations for the above-mentioned processes. - Demonstrate knowledge of Non-destructive testing for in-process quality control. - Be familiar with the requirements of International standards such as EN 15085-2 and implement them on a day-to-day basis. - IWE Certification is preferred. - Exhibit good communication skills, especially while dealing with International customers. - Proficient in using Solidworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office. - Have senior management experience. Qualifications Required: - Over 10 years of relevant experience in the industry. - Strong expertise in sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, and grinding processes. - Experience with CNC machine operations. - Knowledge of Non-destructive testing methods. - Familiarity with International standards like EN 15085-2. - IWE Certification would be advantageous. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with International clients. - Proficiency in Solidworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office. - Previous experience in senior management roles.
