As a SharePoint Expert with 5 to 7+ years of experience in SharePoint development, preferably using 2016, 2019, and SPSE editions, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 SharePoint developers and 3 QA resources. Your role will involve supporting and enhancing custom-built SharePoint applications for business users. You will spend 50% of your time on team lead and tech lead responsibilities, and the other 50% on hands-on SharePoint development while assisting team members. Your expertise in programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with exposure to frameworks like .NET 1.0 to .NET 4.5+, will be crucial for the successful development and support of enterprise-level SharePoint applications. Additionally, your experience with SQL Server is essential as it supports SharePoint databases. You should possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and previous experience in leading a team of developers and QA resources. Your role will require you to understand client requirements, manage changing priorities effectively, and ensure that client expectations are met.
