Job Description

Provide SharePoint support for enterprise-level environments with 3 5 years of relevant experience. The primary responsibility is managing and developing SharePoint platforms requiring the employee to work during standard US business hours. Provision and manage user access, ensuring secure and efficient system permissions. Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint websites tailored for business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while offering user support. Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize workflows and improve functionality. Integrate SharePoint with other business applications, such as MuleSoft systems. Provide technical support for SharePoint users, including troubleshooting issues and monitoring performance. Enhance the user experience by sticking to the brief as a SharePoint web designer and developer. Install, configure, and upgrade SharePoint systems. Manage user accounts and permissions. Develop and maintain content databases and site collections. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint issues. Ensure system security and stability. Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint policies and procedures. Coordinate with other IT staff to resolve issues related to SharePoint. Qualifications: Provide SharePoint support for enterprise-level environments with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Expertise in C#, SQL and .NET frameworks Integrating SharePoint with other business applications, such as MuleSoft systems. Data Databases: Strong experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) databases. Associate is expected to work during US Central hours.
