SharePoint Practice Lead

As a SharePoint Practice Lead at Atlas Systems Inc., you will play a crucial role in establishing and driving the SharePoint Center of Excellence (CoE) within the company. Your responsibilities will include defining standards, governance, and reusable frameworks for SharePoint, as well as evaluating current SharePoint environments to identify gaps and recommend technical improvements. Additionally, you will be designing and implementing automation workflows using Power Automate, delivering hands-on solutions in SharePoint Online & On-Premises, and driving adoption by collaborating with IT and business stakeholders. You will also serve as the technical authority and escalation point for SharePoint solutions and work with leadership to shape the SharePoint roadmap aligned to business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and own the SharePoint CoE, defining standards, governance, and reusable frameworks. - Evaluate current SharePoint environments, identify gaps, and recommend technical improvements. - Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate. - Deliver hands-on solutions in SharePoint Online & On-Premises (site design, workflows, integrations, performance tuning). - Drive adoption by working directly with IT and business stakeholders. - Serve as the technical authority and escalation point for SharePoint solutions. - Partner with leadership to shape the SharePoint roadmap aligned to business goals. Qualifications Required: - 10 - 12+ years of deep SharePoint expertise, with at least 3+ years in an advisory / practice / CoE role. - Mandatory: Extensive experience with Power Automate and automation workflows. - Strong hands-on background in SharePoint Online and On-Premises (design, admin, dev, integrations). - Experience defining best practices, governance, and security frameworks for SharePoint. - Ability to advise stakeholders and influence adoption without formal managerial experience. Additional Details: - Experience with PowerApps and Power BI would be beneficial. - Exposure to Teams and Microsoft 365 suite. - Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
